Spam Call Blocking

Do we hate spam calls  and robo calls as much as we do? 

We have two spam call / robo-call options: 

(1) White list: You provide us with a list of numbers, and only calls from those numbers will be let through to you. All other calls will be blocked. 

(2) Challenge: Callers must press 1 to be connected with you. This weeds out robo-callers.
