When am I billed? : When you sign up, you are billed $149 once for the landline base, and $39 for a landline handset if you selected one. Then, 15 days after you sign up, you are charged for your landline service. Depending on your selection, you are charged monthly on that date or yearly on that date. 

How much am I billed?: Your landline base is a one-time $149 deposit. If you purchased the handset, it is a one-time payment of $39. Your landline service costs $59/month on a month-to-month contract, $49/month on an annual contract, or $468/year depending on your plan selection. There are taxes added to each plan, which depend on the state and city you live in.

Can I change my billing details?: You can change your card on file, your address, account name, billing date, and plan. To change your billing details, visit our Home Page. There, you will see a link in the top right for "Customer Log In." Click there. Enter the email address you have on file with us. When you do, a security code will be sent to your email. Input that security code, and you'll be able to log in and change your billing details.
