Setting Up Caller ID

Inbound Calls: Much of the time, the caller’s name will show up on your handset’s caller ID. If the person calling you has set up caller ID on their number, their name will show up on your handset. Similarly, if their caller ID is included in the national database, their name will show up when they call you. Our system does not use private third-party databases to provide Caller ID information. 

Outbound Calls: You can select how you’d like your own caller ID to look when you call someone else. By default, the person you call will see your phone number when you call them. If you’d like to change this to your name, please fill out the form below. It can take 2 days for this change to be active on your account.
