We process returns and replacements within 30 days of line activation or 60 days of purchase, whichever comes first. For returns, a refund will be processed if the return is initiated within that time frame. Otherwise, we do not issue refunds. Refunds initiate when the item is received back at our warehouse and can take several business days to process. At the discretion of our staff, we can provide one replacement per customer, assuming it is requested within the above timeframe. However, it is rare that a faulty device is the cause of a problem. Therefore, we undergo a troubleshooting process before permitting replacements. Customers pay for return shipping.

No one will respond to the emails I'm sending and the line doesn't work. I already have a ticket and it seems like you guys are dragging this out so I won't be able to get a refund. I would prefer a working phone but the refund will be necessary if no one is going to help.

I purchased this to connect to a fax machine. So far i have had ZERO luck getting my fax to communicate to other fax machines using the ZTE.
