We have two platforms that we take payment on.
One is called Square and will send out invoices requesting payment monthly. This is usually setup when you first sign up. Check your email for a payment link. If you're interested, you can also select save card on file and message our support team to setup auto-payment. If you're having trouble finding an invoice in your email it's possible you signed up on our other payment platform.
The other payment platform we use is called Stripe. We only accept auto-payments via this platform.
