At the moment we don’t have the inbound caller ID feature.
For outbound caller ID, you can select how you’d like your own caller ID to look when you call someone else. By default, the person you call will see your phone number when you call them. If you’d like to change this to your name, please give us a call. It can take 2-3 business days for this change to be active on your account. And we’ll update you once your request has been completed.
